NEW DELHI—Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi whose convoy was stopped at Greater Noida by UP police, have started foot-march to Hathras, which is 150 kms from Noida.
The two leaders got off their vehicle after it was stopped and began foot-march.
