Panta, 25 August 2014: The secular combine of Janata Dal United, Rashtriya Janata Dal and Congress has won six out of 10 Assembly seats which went to poll on 21 August. Bharatiya Janata Party has won four seats. The victory is big for the secular alliance and a clear indication that the ‘Modi wave’ of Lok Sabha elections of May 2014 has lost ground.
