New Delhi, 15 Oct 2014: Political parties of whatever hue and ideology – right, left or centre – have at least one same character. They make tall promises before elections just to break or forget after.
The current Bharatiya Janata Party government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the centre is going to complete 150 days in a week from now. Hardly has any of the promises that BJP and Modi made during the massive six-month long Lok Sabha election campaigns resulting in the landslide victory for them been fulfilled. Similar was the case with the Congress government which was ousted by BJP riding on promises in May this year.
