By IndiaTomorrow.net,New Delhi, 21 Dec 2015: Even as Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has reportedly filed a defamation suit against leaders of Aam Aadmi Party for blaming him for alleged corruption in DDCA (Delhi and District Cricket Association), BJP MP and former Indian cricketer Kirti Azad has dared senior party leader Jaitley to file defamation suit against him.
“hello dear @arunjaitley hampar defemation file kar rahe ho na? Please karo na Don’t take injunction, don’t gag freedom of speech,” tweeted Azad late Sunday night.
“Mera naam kyon hata diya @arunjaitley #Aap ne toh mere letters dikhae theey, mujhpar karo na case, registered post se maine bheje theey,” he further said.

Meanwhile, according to media reports, Arun Jaitley has filed a defamation suit against Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and other AAP leaders for accusing him of corruption in DDCA, which (Jaitley) headed for 13 years till 2013. Jaitley has also sought Rs. 10 crore in damages.
AAP leaders had also on Sunday announced to set up an enquiry commission in the DDCA case and file an FIR against Jaitley.
