Ahmadi and former additional advocate general of Uttar Pradesh Zafaryab Jilani came on a platform calling minorities and backward classes of the country to get united for justice and peace. Calling minorities and dalits to form an alliance to fight the present atmosphere, Setalvad said, “We should try to understand what is happening in the country. And what is being tried to do. We must understand as to how we should reply that. We should jointly reply. It is very easy with little trouble. It is our religious responsibility to establish good relationship with people of the country, to serve them, to teach them the lesson of humanity and to treat them with humanity.”
