NEW DELHI —Zionist terrorist forces of Zionist occupying  regime, treat  Palestinian people continuously with an utter inhuman and barbaric behaviour during the Gaza war, exceeding all previous records.

A glimpse of this barbaric and fascist nature of Zionism was revealed when they subjected many young people to terror during this war when they were lying in hospital beds not only without any medicine and treatment but also without food and water.

These examples of Zionist brutality are seen every day in Gaza and Palestine, and a similar incident happened on June 11, 2024 when an injured Palestinian calling for ambulance was shot dead by the Israeli terrorist forces. It means he was killed by them when he was just screaming for an ambulance, for the treatment of his injuries in occupied West Bank.

According to reports in Arabic newspapers, this brutal incident took place during Israeli attacks carried out in the hamlet of Kafr Dan, which is located in the northern area of the occupied West Bank.

A video circulated on social media showed how the Israeli forces gunned down the boy who was injured in Israeli attacks and wanted to be taken to hospital. In the video, the wounded young guy can be seen lying on the ground, wailing in agony, screaming for help and making his repeated calls for an ambulance.

Israel continues attacking civilians of Gaza, and as a result Palestinians and occupying Israeli forces engaged in fierce fights with each other. The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that Israeli soldiers who were conducting the operation in Kafr Dan were responsible for the deaths of many such Palestinians.

Because of the continuous Israeli crimes against humanity, South Africa filed a genocide case against Israel in the International Court of Justice. Also the prime minister of Spain has accused Israel of violating human rights during its latest attacks on Rafah.

The Spanish King Felipe VI, Speaking at a public gathering in the capital Madrid, called the violence in Gaza against the Palestinian community has already reached “an unimaginable level” of crimes.

Speaking at an event in the capital Madrid, he said that the growing violence in Gaza is something that was rarely experienced during previous conflicts in the region, according to the state-run EFE news agency.

Felipe noted that its consequences are projected globally with many dire consequences, revealing the true narrative of the Gaza conflict.

He said: “This did not begin on Oct. 7, but it was when this terrible escalation of violence began with the devastating destruction and humanitarian crisis in Gaza. It has already reached unimaginable levels and is of utmost concern to everyone,”.

The Prime Ministers of Spain and Ireland have also strongly condemned Israel for its heinous crimes in Gaza. They said that Israeli attack on Rafah poses “a grave and imminent threat” that the international community must urgently come forward to stop Israeli attacks against the people of Palestine.

The two European leaders have asked the European Commission to urgently review whether Israel is following the international laws to comply with its human rights obligations in Gaza, as international pressure from several major nations of the world grows for Israel to accept the ceasefire and holding off its assault of the southern border city of Rafah.

Meanwhile, a United Nations inquiry commission, has released its reports over the “war crimes” which are committed during the Gaza war so far. The findings of the Commission alleged that Israel committed war crimes even in the early stages of its military response to the Hamas invasion of Oct. 7, 2023. The UN Inquiry Commission reports that the offensives made by the Israeli army in response to the Hamas’ attack reveals the “crimes against humanity “due to” an indiscriminate and genocidal attacks directed against the civilian population of Gaza.”

The findings, published by the UN International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestine, states:

“The commission found that the crimes against humanity of extermination; murder; gender persecution targeting Palestinian men and boys; forcible transfer; and torture and inhuman and cruel treatment were committed”.

In relation to Israel’s military operations in Gaza from 7 October, the UN Commision of Inquiry concludes its reports that “Israel has committed war crimes, crimes against humanity and violations of International humanitarian law (IHL) and international human rights law (IHRL).”

The UN Commission rightly considered Israel’s “war crimes” in Gaza as “crimes against humanity,”.These crimes which Israel has committed in Gaza, are crimes against humanity, and they include extermination; sexual violence, gender discrimination, murder; torture, gender persecution targeting especially Palestinian men and boys; massacre, forcible transfer, using starvation as a weapon of mass killing, obviously it is more than enough to consider Israel as a state of one of the worst international crimes.

This definition (of war crimes) is usually reserved for crimes committed against a civilian population in a widespread and premeditated way.

And this is fully proven against the occupying Israeli regime. But the biggest question is: when the world community will be able to punish Israel for its continuous heinous crimes against the people of Palestine?
