New Delhi, 11 Dec 2013: In a historic judgment on Wednesday, the Supreme Court of India termed homosexuality as an illegal act and offence. Several religious leaders both from Hindu and Muslim community have welcomed the Supreme Court. The apex court has quashed the Delhi High Court verdict of 2009 whereby homosexuality was decriminalized.
