NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 3—Delhi police’s Special Cell and sleuths from intelligence agencies are reported to have conducted raids on Thursday at nine different locations in Delhi including Seelampur in trans-Yamuna area, Jamia Nagar in Okhla and two places in Paharganj area to look for suspected.
Police sources told media that three to four highly motivated JeM militants, two of them foreigners, had infiltrated into Delhi to take revenge for revocation of Article 370 and reducing Jammu and Kashmir in two union territories.
Quoting the police sources, Times of India reported that the militants had infiltrated in Delhi a week ago.
