Kozhikode, January 14–Anti-Muslim slogans were raised in the pro-CAA rally organised by BJP in Kuttiadi in Kozhikode district of Kerala.
The BJP workers in the rally threatened of another Gujarat and also raised abusive slogans. The ‘Desha Raksha March’ was organised by the local unit of BJP on Monday evening in support of CAA. The provocative slogans were raised in presence of police.
Some merchants in the area had closed down their shops and locals vacated the place in protest against the BJP march. There were slogans against CAA too.
No case has been registered till the time of writing this report even after provocative slogans were raised and the video of the same has surfaced on social media.
Earlier locals had protested by closing down shops and vacating the place against the pro CAA rally by BJP in the areas adjacent to Kuttiadi too.
