“The police is arraying hundreds of Muslims as accused, in the crimes registered against ‘unidentified persons’. The victimised Muslims are being accused, arrested and kept in judicial custody, in the cases registered of inciting a riot, burning houses and shops, attempt to murder and offences as per Arms act, by the Delhi police.” – the statement said. The organisation also alleged anti CAA protestors are intentionally being accused in such cases.

And the police did not even register FIR in these complaints. They are no attempts to collect the evidence or to record the testimonies of the victims.”- the statement read.
