NEW DELHI, MARCH 23—The Delhi High Court has suspended on Monday suspended the current breath analyser test of air traffic controllers till March 27 in view of COVID-19, tweets ANI.

NCLT Benches to Remain Closed Till March 31
Meanwhile, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has declared to close all its benches from March 23 to March 31, for judicial work owing to coronavirus outbreak, reports livelaw.in
However, Chennai NCLT will take up urgent cases on intimation via email.

Delhi Bar Council for Total Shutdown in the High Court Till March 31
Meanwhile, Delhi Bar Council has urged Delhi High Court to consider total shutdown till March 31 in view of the total shutdown declared by the state government in Delhi due to COVID-19, says a report of barandbench.com
“In this situation, it may be considered to go for a total shutdown for the period upto 31.03.2010 which should be declared as vacation”, said the Delhi Bar Council in a letter submitted to the high court.
“It is suggested that only urgent matters may be listed by constitution special courts and hearing be conducted through video conferencing”, said the letter.
