COVID 19 Death Reported From Delhi’s Max Hospital, Hospital Yet To Confirm

NEW DELHI, MARCH 28 – Death of a person infected with a coronavirus has been reported at Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. Sources told India Tomorrow that the doctors engaged in the treatment of the deceased are not being allowed to go out.

On condition of anonymity, a hospital employee said that a patient infected with COVID-19 has died at around 2 pm on Saturday, but it has not yet been officially announced or confirmed by the hospital administration.

According to sources, the doctors who were in contact with the infected person are all concerned about their health. All those doctors, around 40-45 of them are not being allowed to go out by the hospital administration.

India Tomorrow contacted Max Hospital to confirm the news but could not reach the officials. Even after trying for a long time, no official of Max Hospital could be contacted.
