NEW DELHI–The crisis in the Punjab Congress deepened with the Punjab State Congress Committee president Navjot Singh Sidhu resigning from his post today.
He sent his resignation letter to Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi.
On reasons for his resignation, Sidhu said that he can never compromise on Punjab’s future and the agenda for the welfare of Punjab.
